Annual General Meeting 2021
- The Annual General Meeting of Excellent Fortune Development Group Company Limited was held on Friday, December 10, 2021 at 9:00 a.m. by Video Conferencing.
- The meeting was chaired by Agga Maha Sirisudhamma Manijotadhara U Sai Myo Win, Founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer; Agga Maha Sirisudhamma Singi Daw Nang Khin Myint Yee, Co-founder and Vice-Chairman; senior executives of the company; and Heads of Departments were fully present.
- During the meeting, the vision and mission of the company were reviewed and approved.
- The Audit Report submitted by the Company’s External Audit Committee was approved by all the participants without any objection.
- Respective Heads of departments presented and discussed the activities and achievements of each department for the 2020-2021 FY; and the business plans for the 2021-2022 FY.
- Business Continuity Plans to minimize business impact and streamline operations due to the current COVID-19 pandemic and changes in the country were approved during the meeting.
The Annual General Meeting was successfully ended at 12:00 noon.
