Job Descriptions

  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify training needs across different departments and job roles.
  • Collaborate with department heads and HR to understand skill gaps and development opportunities.
  • Develop comprehensive training programs that align with organizational goals and individual employee development plans.
  • Utilize various instructional methods, including e-learning, workshops, and on-the-job training, to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of training content.
  • Coordinate and deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars, ensuring consistency and quality across all programs.
  • Utilize various training methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and preferences.
  • Analyze training evaluation data to continuously improve and enhance training initiatives.
  • Collaborate with HR to integrate training programs with performance management processes.
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, evaluations and generate regular reports on training metrics and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the Head of HR to integrate training programs seamlessly into the organization’s succession planning strategy.
  • Identify key positions and develop targeted training plans to prepare high-potential employees for leadership roles.
  • Any ad-hoc duties assigned by Manager

Job Specification

  • University Bachelor’s degree or any related degree.
  • Diploma/Certificate in human resources Development.
  • Minimum 3-year experiences in designing and delivering effective training programs.
  • Strong understanding of learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Proficient in using learning management systems and other training-related technologies.
  • Most prefer experienced in designing and implementing succession planning programs.
  • Strong understanding of talent management principles and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good in English 4 skills
