Job Summary:

We are hiring experienced Senior Sales Associates to drive property sales in Yangon. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation and closing skills, the ability to mentor junior staff, and a goal-oriented mindset. The role may also involve supporting sales operations for projects in other regions of Myanmar. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive property sales by managing client inquiries, negotiations, and deal closures.
• Mentor and guide junior sales associates, fostering a collaborative and results-driven team environment.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agents, and partners.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales Management to align sales strategies with company objectives.
• Provide timely sales updates and reports to management.
• Support sales operations in Yangon and other regions of Myanmar when assigned.

 Qualifications & Requirements:

• 3–5 years of proven experience in property sales.
• Strong negotiation, closing, and client relationship management skills.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and resilient.
• Positive mindset and ability to work as a team player.
• Good communication in English (not compulsory) and Myanmar.
• Knowledge of the Yangon and Myanmar real estate market is a plus.
