Key Responsibilities

  • Providing technical assistance and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues faced by end-users.
  • Installing, configuring, and maintaining computer hardware such as desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
  • Installing, updating, and configuring software applications used within the organization.
  • Performing basic system administration tasks such as user account management, access control, and system monitoring.
  • Assisting in setting up and maintaining company-wide technology systems (e.g., email, intranet, cloud services).
  • Assisting with network connectivity issues, including troubleshooting internet connections, LAN/WAN connectivity, and wireless networks.
  • Implementing and maintaining security measures to protect the organization’s IT infrastructure from cyber threats.
  • Documenting IT procedures, troubleshooting steps, and system configurations to facilitate knowledge sharing and training for both IT staff and end-users.
  • Providing excellent customer service to end-users by responding promptly to support requests, communicating effectively, and resolving issues on time.

Requirements

  • Any Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in IT or related field.
  • Certifications such as A+, Networking, or equivalent are preferred.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an office IT support role.
  • Familiarity with LAN configuration, PC maintenance, and essential office software installation.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and support (e.g., Outlook, Teams, OneDrive).
  • Familiarity with Active Directory for user management.
  • Strong hardware troubleshooting skills for PCs, Laptops, Internal Network, and peripherals.
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, WI-Fi).
