Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales team in Yangon. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in property sales, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to build long-term client relationships. This role requires a goal-oriented individual with a positive mindset, strong leadership, and team spirit to drive sales performance and overcome challenges. The Sales Manager will work closely with the Sales Management team, provide regular reports, and may also take responsibility for supporting sales operations across Myanmar when required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets within designated project timelines.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive property sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agents, and partners to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Negotiate and close deals professionally, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities.
  • Provide timely reports and updates to Sales Management, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Coach and mentor team members, fostering a positive, results-driven working environment.
  • Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to execute sales promotional campaigns, exhibitions and events.
  • Take responsibility for sales operations in Yangon and other regions of Myanmar when assigned.

 Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in sales, business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of proven experience in property sales.
  • Strong negotiation, closing, and client relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication in English and Myanmar; additional languages are a plus.
  • Goal-driven, self-motivated, and committed to achieving targets.
  • Adaptable and efficient, able to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under pressure.
  • Positive attitude, resilience, and ability to overcome challenges with the team.
  • Knowledge of the Yangon and Myanmar real estate market and buyer behaviors (if possible).
