Job Description
- Perform and Manage site survey, installation, testing & commissioning of solar PV systems.
- Manage and Supervise technicians and ensure construction quality, safety, and timeline.
- Review drawings (SLD, layout) and coordinate with design & project teams.
- Monitor site progress and submit daily reports.
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide after-sales support when required.
- Technical support and management of internal business development programs
- Analysis solar market research, including the market analysis, solar industry trends, opportunities, and customer pain points
- Technical advisory services to clients
Job Requirements
- Any Degree holder (or), B.E (or) B.Tech (or) AGTI Degree or related field more preferrable.
- Experience in solar installation is an advantage (fresh graduates welcome).
- Able to read technical drawings and understand basic electrical systems.
- Good teamwork, communication skills, and willing to travel to project sites.
- Must have experience in Solar Installation
