Agga Maha Sirisudhamma Manijotadhara U Sai Myo Win, Founder, Chairman & Group CEO of EFD GROUP and the family provided care packs to COVID-19 infected employees and their family members.

Under the guidance of Agga Maha Sirisudhamma Manijotadhara U Sai Myo Win, Founder, Chairman & Group CEO of EFD GROUP, for the employees and their family members who are suspected of COVID -19, Rapid Test Kits are prepared and contacted with official clinics and laboratories accredited by the Ministry of Health to provide the COVID test as soon as possible. If there is an accidental infection, arrangements have been made to provide emergency medical treatment at the medical centers and provide the necessary oxygen and medicines.

Hotel quarantines are also provided at no cost to infected employees and close contact employees as well as their family members.

Under the guidance of Agga Maha Sirisudhamma Manijotadhara U Sai Myo Win, Founder, Chairman & Group CEO of EFD GROUP, EFD GROUP staff and their family members were fully vaccinated (2 Does) in September and November 2021 by the company‘s free COVID – 19 Vaccination Program to control and prevent COVID – 19 World Pandemic as part of the Company’s CSR program.

  • The Annual General Meeting of Excellent Fortune Development Group Company Limited was held on Friday, December 10, 2021 at 9:00 a.m. by Video Conferencing.
  • The meeting was chaired by Agga Maha Sirisudhamma Manijotadhara U Sai Myo Win, Founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer; Agga Maha Sirisudhamma Singi Daw Nang Khin Myint Yee, Co-founder and Vice-Chairman; senior executives of the company; and Heads of Departments were fully present.
  • During the meeting, the vision and mission of the company were reviewed and approved.
  • The Audit Report submitted by the Company’s External Audit Committee was approved by all the participants without any objection.
  • Respective Heads of departments presented and discussed the activities and achievements of each department for the 2020-2021 FY; and the business plans for the 2021-2022 FY.
  • Business Continuity Plans to minimize business impact and streamline operations due to the current COVID-19 pandemic and changes in the country were approved during the meeting.

The Annual General Meeting was successfully ended at 12:00 noon.
